How We Can Work Together

You don’t need a “perfect plan” before we start. We’ll build the right shape of support as we go.

One-to-One Coaching

Regular sessions focused on what matters most right now — whether that’s stress, decision-making, confidence, or rebuilding after a difficult season.

Short-Focus Packages

A small block of sessions (for example, 3–6) around a clear theme: returning to work, managing change, setting boundaries, or navigating a specific transition.

Ongoing Support

Space to think out loud regularly. A steady, familiar place to land as life shifts, without having to start from scratch every time.

What Happens In A Session?

No scripts, just a calm and contained space to slow down and work things through.

We’ll usually start with where you are today, then explore what’s been heavy, what’s working, and where you’d like things to be different. Together, we’ll identify small, realistic actions that feel possible — not punishing.

Session basics

• Sessions are usually 50–60 minutes
• Online (video) or phone sessions available
• Frequency can be weekly, fortnightly, or flexible
• You’re always in control of the pace
